Heart East Anglia: Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott

RULES

1.     The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Tuesday 24th, and Thursday 26th May on Heart East Anglia.

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

3.     To enter the Competition the Entrant must listen to Heart East Anglia Breakfast and identify the missing song lyric from the audio clue played by the presenter, then text the keyword announced on air followed by their answer to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”), to register for the chance to win a pair of tickets to see Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbot from The Beautiful South at Thetford Forest on Saturday 2nd July 2016

4.     Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.

5.     The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

6.     One Entrant will be selected at random from all text entries that include the correct keyword and brought to air to give their answer to the question asked on air. Only the entrant who correctly responds will be taken to air and win.

7.     All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:

8.     Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. To attend the event you need to be aged 14 years or over.  All under 18’s need to be accompanied by an adult.

9.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person for each daily show; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

10.   The daily prize is 1x pair of tickets to see Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbot from The Beautiful South at Thetford Forest ( A total of x2 pairs will be given away over the 2 days of contesting)

11.   Tickets will be posted to the winner via Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive in time for the concert. Please note that tickets may not arrive until shortly before the date of the event.

12.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
